This is the first of our two-part registration process. We use these preregistration forms to prepare our initial class lists for the next school year. Each student presently enrolled in our school who plans to attend next year must complete and turn in this form by Friday, February 9th. Any siblings of children presently enrolled in our school who plan to attend next year must complete and turn in a separate preregistration form by Friday, February 9th. Extra forms are available at the school’s front desk if you cannot print the online forms.

 

A note will be sent home confirming your child's class assignment for the next school year. You will also receive an envelope with a checklist showing what is needed for Final Registration and an additional document to be filled out and returned with your registration. Specific teachers will be assigned at a later date. Final registration envelopes should be completed and returned to your child's teacher by Friday, March 1st. Registration opens for previous siblings and the community the following week. If we have not received your final registration forms and fees, we cannot hold the opening.

You will need to bring to final registration the following completed items:

• Registration Fee or Activity Fee (if applicable)

• Child Care Application for Enrollment Form Completed

• Agreement and Registration Form (age appropriate) Completed

• Student Information Form Completed

• Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Certificate of Eligibility (if applicable)

• Parent Consent for Health Care Form
